Keith is our dynamic professional with over 20 years of experience in education and training. As the founder and CEO of CELT Consulting, he has spearheaded English language training initiatives for middle school students, multinational corporations, and IELTS candidates in China.

Keith's extensive background includes curriculum design, corporate training, and international relations, bolstered by his expertise in strategic management and leadership. With a robust skill-set in communication and cross-cultural awareness, he has also excelled as an online educator and business trainer. Keith holds several certifications, including a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership, and currently pursuing an MBA. 

Keith is fluent in English, conversational in Mandarin, and is learning Spanish. 

Pooja is a highly experienced IELTS and PTE trainer dedicated to helping students of all levels achieve excellent bands and scores. She is hardworking, patient and highly approachable. Pooja finds joy in working with students of varying proficiency, as it continually enhances her growth and expertise.

Currently, Pooja has embarked on an exciting new journey with The People Ninjas, she believes it has provided her with the opportunity to work in diverse global environments. She considers this role as a significant milestone for her, enabling her to refine her skills and elevate the quality of her teaching.

Pooja is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she also has a working knowledge of French.

Sangeetha Jayakumar brings over 15 years of rich experience to the field of education and TEFL training. She embarked on her journey as a lecturing faculty member at colleges and universities across India and the UK. Her academic path soared when she secured her Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Bedfordshire, an achievement that laid the groundwork for her global teaching career.

Subsequently, Sangeetha has made her mark as an industrial and corporate trainer, leading culturally diverse groups. Her training footprint extends worldwide, including participants from Nigeria, various Asian countries, India, and Europe, illustrating her ability to adapt her pedagogical techniques to suit a multi-faceted audience while respecting their cultural values and ensuring consistent educational quality. Her creation of industry-standard training materials has become critical for trainers seeking optimal use of their educational tools.

A holder of certifications in ESOL/ELT, Project Management, Recruitment, IELTS coaching, Phonetics, and Accent Neutralization, Sangeetha is adept in English and proficient in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, enhancing her versatility as a language educator.
